Meet Your Instructor
Jessica is a certified yoga instructor who completed her yoga teacher training in 2022 and has been teaching both online and in person for over four years. With more than 18 years of personal yoga practice, she brings a depth of experience and a thoughtful, steady approach to every class she leads.
Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga should feel accessible, supportive, and adaptable — not intimidating or performative. Jessica is passionate about sharing the physical and mental benefits of yoga that have shaped her own life, and focuses on helping students build a sustainable, supportive relationship with movement of their own.
Through calm guidance, clear instruction, and an emphasis on consistency over perfection, Jessica creates an environment where students of all levels can feel supported as they grow, explore, and reconnect with their bodies.
